Suggested childcare provider for ACM Interactive Health ’26
ACM Interactive Health ’26 recognises that attending conferences can be challenging for participants with caregiving responsibilities. To support attendees and help make the conference more family-friendly, we have identified a suggested childcare provider, Let it Grow, who is available to use on pre-conference (July 5) and conference (July 6-8) days.
Childcare will be located in a space at Fraunhofer Portugal AICOS building, located approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the conference venue.
How does the childcare service work?
- Childcare will take place at Fraunhofer Portugal AICOS building
- The childcare space is located approximately a 10-minute walking distance from the conference venue
- Kids can be up to 12 years old
- Age-appropriate activities will be organised by the childcare provider
- The childcare provider will provide care in English and Portuguese
- Parents are expected to provide any personal items their children may require
- Additional practical information will be shared directly with registered families closer to the conference dates
Registration and costs
Participants interested in using the childcare service should register at the conference and then complete the childcare registration form before June 7.
Please note:
- Places will be limited due to space constraints
- The expected cost for parents is estimated to be €105 for the full conference period (€30/full day), depending on the final number of enrolled children.
